In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault, any wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. eu999's decision in such circumstances is final. A malfunction voids all pays and play.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by eu999's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
eu999 may suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; multiple account violations; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or compliance posture.
Upon closure for cause, eu999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via an available verified payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting eu999 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of the request.
eu999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through a notice on the platform or via registered contact details, with reasonable advance notice wherever practicable. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
